Some amount of office politics as programme directors tend to choose coaches they are more comfortable with irrespective of ability, long hours at the job for minimum-wage pay
Advice to Management
For a company dedicated to training coaches and participants, the learning experience and not the profit margin should always come first. Sometimes decisions by management seem to put profits before learning experiences.
