I have been working at ARS Advertising full-time
Very laid back, casual dress code, consistent schedule, lots of time to check personal e-mail, Facebook, etc.
Little or no concern for employee morale. What's a raise? What's a promotion? Only negative feedback is ever given. Seniority means nothing. Laid leave days per year stop increasing after 5 years. There are too many employees for too little work.
Advice to Management
Put some effort into improving morale. Cut back on the nepotism/"good ol'boy" system of getting and keeping the job. Raises. No reason someone should effectively be making less per year in year 5 than they were in year 1. Communication could be greatly improved
