I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

The pay is excellent and the benefits are as well. You get raises often but AT&T is a union and that has already been negotiated in the contract.

Scheduling .. Shifts are supposed to last for 6 months but often have to do a new bid after around 3-4. Your bid number is based on your seniority so you will get the bottom of the barrel shifts for awhile. The job in general isn't too stressful, the managers make it stressful.

    Advice to Management

Management is very inconsistent so your success often deals on the manager you get. Also, the way you are ranked is based on the customer surveys but the questions asked on the survey are ridiculous and are beyond your control regardless if you did a great job or not. Questions are more company based and not individual based.
