There are no good reasons to work for ATSC, but you won't know this till you start working for them. Don't fall for the laid back casual atmosphere.
Incompetent colleagues and management, no recognition for good work. They fail at most of the projects they engage with. They treat their employees as bodies, not as human beings. Most of the people have been there for at least 10 years and will do anything to keep their positions including taking credit for work they have not done. Raises are low or nonexistent. They are adept at restricting resources and expenses just short of the point of rebellion.
Advice to Management
Get trained to become a better manager (i.e. PMP). Recognize the efforts of employees and don't fire them the moment you hit a financial or economic snag.
