    Unethical and unruly Executive Management Team and home based CTMs. I have been here about 4 months and I'm so sorry I took this job. Took forever to get an orientation...the HR staff don't know what is going on......when I arrived I was told "you'll learn quickly" I give you 6 months and you'll be looking for a job,, well,,it's that time and I am now in the market, aggressively at that... .I come here everyday down 270 commute only to walk into a company first thing in the morning to hear the Exec Mgmt and other staff. all using the most foul language, cursing and belittling staff. there are a lot of behind the scene happenings and you only get the information "they feel you should get".... I read one comment where a Recruiter chimed in to recognize this company and I agree it was pretty pathetic. That person has a financial interest in this company and does not know the internal logistics that go on in the company. Of course he would promote this company but it is quite pathetic that Management chooses not to provide a positive response to the negative reviews but have to reach out to a Recruiter to put a positive spin. A company that does not care about these types of input is a company that won't care if you stay or go..Bonuses are not consistent from what I hear.. it is very selective who gets bonus and stocks and time off. I spoke to someone who joined with me and they got 4 day more in vacation than I. When I asked HR about it they said go see the President of the company,,,it was his decision... I expressed to manaagemnet my first month here to talk about someone speaking grossly in the lunch room and was told it is common area and they could talk anyway they wanted to in there... like ti was a safe haven... seriously????? So,, the other thing that is terrible is the NEPOTISM that exists in this company.. unless you are related (daughter in law, nephew, son etc.) you will never see fairness in this company. My advice: Read and take heed to the glassdoor comments for this company and believe them. They are not blowing smoke and they are not disgruntled employees...they are being honest because this is the only venue they can use to express it or they will be fired on the spot for voicing how the company operates.

    Advice to Management

    I hear they do this executive coaching and they have had meetings to talk about what they are doing to improve the company but it's all smoke and mirrors...they send out these staff memos and they all say the same "we are attempting to"... .. it's a gimmick.... my advice,,,do away with the NEPOTISM,,, make benefits fair across the board and come up with an established policy on bonus and merits etc and quit shooting from the hip per se...Also,, STOP THE CURSING!!!,, This company does not have harassment training and everyday I hear the Fbomb thrown out like it was candy,,,,the Sbomb, FO bomb etc...Management needs to wake up before complaints to higher echelons that don't take kindly to such treatment of employees are contacted...
