I have been working at Accruent full-time (More than a year)
Good commucation between management and staff. Positive work environment. Emphasis on work-life balance and health (bringing in free screenings, massages, fresh fruit, etc). Employee peer recognition rewards program (YouEarnedIt).
Let's face it, facilities management isn't exactly the world's most exciting industry. Other than that there aren't many cons, but one thing that frustrated me was that I was not given a raise after a year in spite of being given positive reviews, on the basis that my salary was what they'd offer me if I was being hired then, with a year of experience at another company. I wasn't expecting much, but it seems to me that some sort of raise would have been fair after a year of employment.
Advice to Management
For the devs, embrace the work from home policy even moreso. Also, there needs to be better opportunities to move internally. And as much as I love this company, not giving out raises is only going to encourage people to seek other employment, which is particularly bad when your strategy relies on hiring junior devs like myself.
