I have been working at Acro full-time (More than 3 years)
1. GREAT people to work with, across all departments. People are so willing to help you and take the time to make sure you understand how to do your work. It's a friendly environment. There’s a good work-life-balance. Management is understanding of their employees personal needs and treats employees with respect. You are held accountable to get your work done as a professional adult. Therefore, micromanagement is not required. Since the… company keeps growing, there are more opportunities to advance. Annual raises are nice. They also provide a lot of perks my previous employers did not offer. (gym memberships, discounts, massages, tuition reimbursement, professional certifications, gift cards for occasions, etc.) Their personal touch and concern for you as a person (not just a 'worker') is so nice.
Right now we're going through some big implementations regarding our software systems, which makes for more work right now. However, once everything is up and running it's going to improve work-flow drastically.
Advice to Management
More structure in formal job training would be beneficial.
