Close to home. Short commute.
To many to mention. Poor management. Verbally Abusive supervisors and bosses. Supervisors with little or no knowledge of the business development process. Incredible turnover rate. No training program for new employees. During my time there 18 people were fired from the sales and marketing department alone. Sales and Marketing do not work together--supervisors allow their personal animosity for each other impede and successful collaboration. The CEO is an engineer and former rocket scientist-( seriously, no joking) and has no real interest in internal management issues. Believe me, look elsewhere.
Advice to Management
Take a bigger role in employee on boarding. HR is virtually useless and hardly an advocate for the truth when it only consists of one person who sits and does nothing but takes notes when employee rights are being abused and violated.
