I worked at Ad Council full-time

Ability to work on good social causes and make a difference.

Overpaid and incompetent EVPs, poor culture and uneven enforcement of HR policies.

    Advice to Management

Learn to trust your employees and stop wasting money on consultants, this is extremely demoralizing. Instead of wasting money on frivolous things, pay your employees better. Advice to new CEO: 1) don't just talk about changing the culture, it requires commitment from you; 2) it's not enough to get filtered information from the EVPs, you need to talk with the people that do the work.
