I worked at Adore full-time (Less than a year)
I had a summer internship here, and the only pro I can come up with is it taught me exactly what I don't want to do with my life.
Their is a reason they hire so many people. Everyone quits!! The job ads posted look promising, but once your hired you discover your a glorified sample lady at Sam's Club. They say they pay for gas expenses, but I worked all summer and ended up losing money from working here because they have you drive all over Pittsburgh. In the morning meetings, you are taught marketing strategies that turn out to be brainwashing tactics. After the hour long meeting you have to drive to your designated Sam's Club and sell as many products as you can in 10 hours. At the end of the day, you are required to call your leader or Tatum and tell them how your day went so they can tell you what you did wrong and what you can do better. To progress to leadership, you have to sign your life away. They tell you to take multiple "mini-breaks" because they are apparently more effective but really just want you to work the whole time, and not take lunch or dinner breaks. You end up working 12+ hour days with the only break being on your drive there. If you like working 7 days a week, this may be the job for you, but if you want some sort of social life, run far far away.
Advice to Management
Be honest and treat your employees with respect from the get go and maybe you would still have your business.
