I worked at Advantage Sales and Marketing as a contractor (More than a year)
Allowed you to work remote which was awesome while recruiting and working with hiring managers across the U.S. If you searched and found, there was training that you could take a part to hone in on your skill but it was not promoted.
No employment growth or career ladder Recruiting competitions but other employees would steal your offers to win and management would do nothing about it.
Advice to Management
This organization is in a very competitive county; pay for your talent, don't low ball and not train your talent. That causes the company to lose money in the long run. Give credit to where credit is due.
