    Excellent locations, great working conditions, cutting edge technologies. Resources are optimistic and always ready and willing to provide assistance. Excellent document management systems.providing easy reference.


    DMO office lack of maturity, little or no process or procedures standardization. High levels of turnover among middle management staff. Process to handle Acquisition assimilation is very new and cause of slower than normal implementation cycles T

    Advice to Management

    More emphasis should be placed on employee training and retention. Provide third party virtual training. Request more senior level employees to be more proactive during project execution cycles in order to resolve bottle necks.
