    It's a job and the people are generally very friendly.


    Management views employees as a necessary expense for doing business; little or now employee loyalty is the result. They also initiate a number of initiatives to improve employee morale and assess advancement opportunities, but these initiatives are insincere. Often, these initiatives are reviewed against metrics regarding participation and completion rates (ex: 100% of employees reviewed), but little or no attention is givne to the quality of information exchanged. And, little or no followup. Lastly, for being a healthcare company, their employee health benefits are the worst I've ever had. They often "experiement" with new HC benefits programs and force them on the employees.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees as an asset and value their experience and knowlege to develop a committed loyal staffing model.
