Great departmental team. Without each other whom you must rely on heavily as there is little or no training to properly perform your job functions.
Management unable to effectively manage due to work overload. Company tends to work harder NOT smarter. Very little training...a sink or swim environment.
Advice to Management
Take the time to understand what each job entails, the time involved to complete each function and do everything possible to make sure the employee has the proper tools in place to complete tasks without having to spend more than the allotted full time job hours. Work-Life balance is key to a happy employee. Also would encourage more telecommuting for the employees.
