Excellent pay for the work performed. Great facilities and benefits. Great people to have on your teams. Manufacturing in Costa Rica makes company travel a bit more exciting.
Bonuses are paid on poor metrics. Paid out on completion dates not if the product actually works. This sends the wrong message to the whole corporation. Lots of long term employees that resist changes.
