    I have been working at Allstate full-time (More than a year)

    Misleading job expectations. The Express claims department for clear liability claims is ran as a customer service call center. Claims should be assigned to individuals rather than leaving them to random Claims Specialist to, get to when assigned outbound work; too may hands touching claim. Overly micro-managed to the point that team leader seats next to you about twice a month while Y jacking on a call to evaluate your performance. Which, is silly, due to the fact that there are Quality Control Representatives who listen to your call daily and grade your performance. Employer promotes Flex Time, however there is no flexibility due to the fact in has to be schedule via and computerized system, which restricts time off when there is over time etc..

    Advice to Management

    Fight more for the employees that your are leading in order to make expectations fair and realistic. Stop favoring certain employees over another and respect the fact that certain employees need to take time off for religious activities, observances and also personal family emergencies. Be and example to the team you are leading by dressing professionally and using proper grammar.
