Flexibility in both schedule and creating programs, can be easy/light work load, great population.
Short staffing and shifting to a volunteer model, high turnover, poor upper management, no room for growth.
Advice to Management
Ensure work is evenly distributed among employees (some employees work very hard while others do very little), pay is low - consider researching market value of positions.
