Short breaks(spend your break walking to break room) Management Hot in the warehouse If management doesn't like you prepare for always being told you are doing something wrong even if it's not your fault. On your 15 minute breaks you are not allowed to start walking to the break room till the time of your break and then you have to be back before break time ends so you don't actually get to sit down except for a couple minutes depending on where you are in the warehouse. I was always questioned when I would go to the restroom(only went once during my shift except a couple times) My manager constantly looked for reasons to write me up. I went to my manager's boss once because I felt like I was going to be written up for something I shouldn't of been written up for and my manager refused to talk to me for any reason after that. I would get other managers telling me what mine said to tell me. Very childish. My rate would always be low because the bottom floor shelves barely have space and while everyone else would be given a chance to go upstairs(shelves are way less full) I was always stuck downstairs and my rate always suffered and I was constantly being talked to and when I would tell my manager why. I would get told to figure it out or I'm being written up. The 2 or 3 times I was upstairs I went above the rate you are supposed to have.
