Decent benefits. Tries hard to insure that employees keep work/life balance in check. Great training for staff.
They have yet to find a healthy balance to protecting their staff in their volunteer driven and dependent culture. There is lack of a Lance of power. Volunteers can create a great amount of grief for staff, I clung putting their job in jeopardy, based on inacurate information that management does not fully investogate.
Advice to Management
Take care of and protect your staff. The volunteer isn't always right.
