Minimal to no growth opportunities- both in position and compensation.
Advice to Management
Invest in providing training resources for staff. Upper management staff well compensated but mid level staff wages appear to be -50-60% below industry standards. Closing this gap to fairer compensation levels recommended. Provide career growth opportunities.
