AIL Of GA in Norcross, is an incredible environment that challenges good, talented business professional to be even BETTER! It fosters an atmosphere of competition, professional advancement, & personal development unmatched by many organizations. In the beginning, it starts by allowing someone the opportunity to grow and flourish in a professional environment while gaining financial security for their family. For those with a little more tenure, it becomes a position of leadership development and mentoring that is in addition to the aforementioned, yet equally rewarding. The perks of weekly pay + bonuses, monthly bonuses, renewals & residual income, personal recruiting incentives...there are honestly too many ways to earn income! I recommend that anyone who is no longer interested in the typical 9-5, 40hr gig to take a close look at this career. Remember, you will never get paid what you're worth working for someone else!

There is a saying in our business: "Anyone can do this, but this is NOT for everyone" The top reasons I see people not succeed here is their inability to be coached, work hard, and persevere when there are tough times. And there WILL be tough times. Anything worth having, will come with a price of admission. Success also has a price that has to be paid in advance. Most are not as willing as they think they are to pay that price. This business, fortunately or unfortunately, has the ability to expose those sorts of things. Proceed with caution if you are not truly a Go-Getter.
Advice to Management
As any leadership team that is experiencing fast growth, it is important to constantly evolve and accommodate the ever-changing needs of anyone new who comes into the organization. I challenge the leadership (myself included) to continue to grow & evolve as the agency does. This is the only way to reach the goals we have set for the years to come!
