    Approves of CEO

Great mission and worthy cause. The work is important saftey net for communities.

The work is relentless. People are doing 2 or 3 different jobs. Donations are down and the employees pay for the lack of revenue in terms of low pay and increased responsibilities. Days are super long, plus you are on call all the time.

    Advice to Management

Reorganize the entire network under one CEO. Chapter CEOs rule like kings and queens. They foster dedication, not to the mission or the organization but to themselves. They promote based on loyality and friendships rather than performance. The ARC needs a change agent. The organization is run like it's 1965. Technology is poor. Managers have low or no skills, and education is lacking.
