The staff level of employees is generally great across the bored. They offer a lot of chances for someone with limited experience to get into the workforce. The product is solid and will do well with new partnership.
There really is just no transparency from the executive staff. A lot of things are held back that should be shared ( budgets for positions - sometimes we lost budget all of sudden for no reason or they would know that a position isnt approved but hold back the information to not upset individuals) The best idea they could come up with was making a Slacker channel and requiring employees to follow our CEO......... retention is a big issue. Even after the deal with Red Ventures - we still lost our tenured employees and not one manager or leader has addressed the issue directly.
Advice to Management
Stop playing games and treat your employees like adults and stop making promises you cannot keep.
