The work force was very technically competent. All of them have also gone on to better opportunities.
Super low salary, extremely incompetent executive management, overpriced and inflexible product line. Products not designed with competitive features that customers want. Impossible quotas. Quotas are based monthly rather than quarterly, and if you discount a week for invoicing, you have only 3 weeks to close deals. Every month. Month in and month out.
Advice to Management
All the advice has been given by previous enries. What I want to know is, is there some other reason why this office is open besides selling product? Because any other business would have filed bankruptcy by now.
