Weekly paycheck. That's it, everything else about the job is a negative

This has to be one of the worst jobs available in the U.S. As a route sales driver you can count on working 12-14 hour days starting between 5-6 am. If your lucky and can survive the hours you will be 'handsomely rewarded' with maybe $40k/yr. You can count on management not being in when you start your day or when your day ends. You can count on management berating you and all your coworkers and 'motivating' everyone with the threat of being written up. If you are a human being and enjoy things such as eating, sleeping, and seeing your family and friends, then this is not the job or company for you.

    Advice to Management

Blow it up and start over again. Try showing some compassion toward the people that are out in the field lining your pockets. Try setting up routes that a human can run in 40-50 hours a week. Try paying people a fair wage for their hard work and dedication.
