    Negative Outlook

    I worked at Ascentis full-time

The office is in a convenient location that is easy to get to. It is a good place to start at a position that you want to transfer to a new company.

The CEO openly discusses his desire to cut the employee force in half while doubling our clients. He sees employees as a drain on the income of the company and has no appreciation for any of the work done. Most people are under-payed and over worked, which is why there is such a horrible attrition rate. I have never seen so many people quit in one year.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate employees and be cheap with wasteful expenses but understand that employees are the most important asset in the company.
