I worked at Ashfield Commercial & Medical Services full-time (More than 3 years)
Hmmm...free coffee? Global travel on their dime. Some key personal are a joy.
Open office which is very distracting. Two-faced, fake managers and team-leaders. Office is in constant flux with new faces coming and going. Poor support system and mentors. Very tough to move up in the company or be acknowledged for a job well done . Seriously cannot get over the amount of employees that are either let go or leave. Workload and expectations are (not being dramatic) inhuman.
Advice to Management
Loosen up. Remember you were once in the trenches too. Close the office up a bit, it's a laptop farm on long picnic tables. No one has their own work space. Embrace technology and nurture your employees that work very hard for not that great of pay for the demands of some roles.
