Employees can gain experience working in a fast paced environment.

The schedule is overbooked. There is not enough help or operatories. The staff is overworked receiving no breaks, short to no lunch time, and no compensation.they talk of patient care but it is only lip service all they really care about is numbers. They say they are a team but they value, and place some over others. Patients are spending 2-3 hours in the chair when they should be no more then an hour.

    Advice to Management

Treat your so called team as equals . Adjust your schedule so the patients are actually recieving the care they deserve and in timely fashion .
