I have been working at Asurion (More than a year)
They are always doing things for us to look forward to like costume day or pizza Friday. Also I like the idea of everyone being in teams.
No call ins at all no vacation. And they want you to work overtime. That's insane, just hire more people ! Pay is terrible.
Advice to Management
Training is awful. I never fully learned everything we were supposed to learn. Doing the computer modules on our own was a waste of time. Also it's unrealistic to expect us to give good customer service when our customers are expected to go through all these hoops to get the phone. I know account security is important but there has to be an easier way.
