Overall great people to work with. It's very possible to work you're 40 hours and no overtime. Wonderful benefits: this is why people stay. They pay your healthcare premiums if you have an HSA and contribute to your account each pay. 401k is a 5% match that vest right away. Tuition reimbursement doesn't create a contract.

It's a very split company. You have old Atlas and new Atlas. Old Atlas believes if its not broke don't fix it (thus AS400). New Atlas wants more efficient processes. It's a constant struggle between them. As far as accounting is concerned, the departments aren't good at helping one another out. Its been rough for them: 4 different controllers in less than 2 years along with 2 restructurings, a round of layoffs.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. How can management address issues when half of them don't want to acknowledge them? The Employee Engagement Committee should function as a support for employees and not as a party planning committee.
