I have been working at Avery Dennison full-time (More than a year)
People are great to work with - very intelligent and professional group. Work is very challenging and exciting as the organization is growing and investing in growth. All of the divisions of the business cooperate well together and share best practices and support.
Only concern I've had is that my personal pay has not kept up with my growth and performance. I think that this particularly relates to my manager and is not wide spread in the organization. There also appears to be a somewhat political nature to some of the larger parts of the organization but this appears to be normal and no more political than any other large organization.
Advice to Management
Ensure that you are offering substantive pay increases and promotions to your high performers or you will send the message that they must leave to move ahead.
