    People work with are all dedicated.


    IS/IT management is clueless. There are entirely to many levels of management there. They talk about treating everyone the same, but that is definitely not true if you are a contractor. If you want to get "burned" out on a job, work there as a contractor.

    Advice to Management

    Scott Morris and Dennis Vermilion you need to take serious look at the lower levels of IS management. They suffer from a lack of integrity.
