I worked at Babcock International full-time (More than a year)
The company tries to work in a flexible way, it is very much based on your total output as suppose to how many hours you sit at your desk for.
Within the division I worked there was no knowledge sharing, information when shared is on a need to know basis and in bits and pieces, siloed approach to work. Ageing workforce who have just transferred from the civil service and are happy with the status quo lack vision and enthusiasm.
Advice to Management
Communicate and engage your employees. If you do this you may end up retaining talent.
