    Positive Outlook
    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Bain & Company as an intern (Less than a year)

Outstanding projects with amazing client impact; my team was able to accomplish an immense change for a $10B+ company! In addition to the project work, being a summer associate is a truly fun experience because there are many events planned each week for the summer associates-- some highlights include a weekend offsite office retreat, a weekend white water rafting trip, and numerous social events throughout NYC. All in all, I could not imagine having a better experience; it was an easy decision to resign with Bain at the internship's end.

It's really hard to think of cons. Travel projects bother some people, but Bain tries to minimize travel-- the overwhelming majority of summer associates were on projects that did not actually require them to travel.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the strong work. Continue to be clear about the metrics through which employees will be considered for promotion and try to keep this as quantitative as possible.
