Great opportunities to contribute and be part of teams. Unlimited travel in the right roles. All in all, my time at BHI was filled with great experience.
Very difficult to move within the company. There is a great deal of nepotism and if you aren't "in" it becomes very difficult to become part of the upwardly mobile crowd no matter the level of effort or success.
Advice to Management
Make it easier for quality and qualified candidates to move within the company. Communication is key...there was a great deal of mistrust of upper management due to a lack of downward communication.
