-Bring your own laptop (compulsory) -Ratio of qualified staff (excluding trainees/internees for graduates, ACCA & CA) to unqualified staff is quite low. -Poor salary/remuneration by industry standards. -No in-house training or knowledge upgradation. -Hectic and unplanned work schedule
Advice to Management
-There are many areas to improve to make it a good working place. At least try to maintain industry standards at your national level in terms of employment benefit and client management.
