I have been working at Best Friends Pet Care full-time (More than 3 years)
Reasonable wages and up to date equipment and products.
Very secretive "corporate vibe," repairs to the building or equipment take months, and no effective forms of training protocol. I absolutely love my job, but I can't say that I completely trust the company that I work for.
Advice to Management
Show compassion to your staff, and make them feel like you are working alongside them instead of over them. An unhappy/unappreciated staff will rarely produce excellent customer service. Ask for solutions from the team instead of presenting them with problems. Develop a training protocol that is consistent and effective.
