Was a great company to go to work for back in the middle 2000's. Lots of energy, excitement and focus. Lavish events and a lot of focus on relationships.
Lost their way, downplayed the importance of personal attachment to technology and status symbols. Became a political minefield. Lots of egos and lack of recognition what was going on in the rest of the world.
Advice to Management
Consider how you react to technology as a person and a consumer, not just a professional.
