Ops managers who plays favoritism in the Orlando office. Constantly shoving in your face how to search the system to see how we can fire someone. Does not know how to communicate to others and one particular ops who is always sticking their nose in everything. Worst ops managers ever. Promote who they want and nominate who they want for awards without sticking to the core values as the Team Leads are expected too. They are a joke.
Advice to Management
Advice to management is don't tell Team Leads how we should treat our agents and for us not to play favoritism when you DON'T even follow the same rules. It's discouraging for new Team Leads to see this. Stop barking orders to others with your big words when you clearly don't know how to manage. The ones who work hard isn't acknowledge or recognized in their VBA but you can give Exceeds to people who clearly don't deserve it. I watched the TL who goes above and beyond get nothing in recognition and that's shows management character as they don't care. I'm so sadden by this.
