I have been working at Brighton Collectibles part-time
I worked in a store for more then 5 yrs and enjoyed selling the beautiful product line to customers. I loved it for myself too. The discount is very nice but too many rules when you can buy and what you can + can't wear. Ex: if not current you can't wear in the store.
I've watched this company lose many people especially within the last 2 yrs. Why....because it is poorly run and partners are over worked and not appreciated. The quality of some of the jewelry is poor quality and hb's very expensive. Stop all the telephone calls and go back to rewarding partners at holiday time with a "uniform" to "work" off. Instead it's totallbtaken away and incentives are given to the VIP customers. If you don't treat your partners well....they'll move on.
Advice to Management
Treat employees as people and go back to simple selling. Stop micromanaging.
