A flexible work schedule made it easier to go to school. Great customer service procedures made clientele very happy and brought them back.
Management primarily focused furthering careers of male and not female associates. They did not have continuity between departments which often created chaos and animosity between employees.
Advice to Management
Don't focus only on customer base and treat employees as expendable. Create an environment that lowers turnover and increases employee satisfaction!
