Company's mission is great, and the program serves underprivileged youth that need it the most.
Issues with professionalism regarding management, no benefits, not guaranteed hours during OST schedule, high turnover rate, decreased salary company wide by $5 an hour and staff was notified via email during the holidays. Salary is inconsistent. Speaking with HR about concerns will most likely get you fired.
Advice to Management
Hire competent Program Managers so that employees want to keep their jobs. Offer opportunities for growth, and pay your employees a fair wage.
