The Managers don't know what they are doing so if you are a go get it attitude they will let you do your job.
All Managers have very little formal education. lots of conflicts occur with local staff due to misleading Regional Manager reports to owner. lots of under the table gifts to property managers that undermines local staff members job s and hard work. The company does not have any type of formal training at any level. Bonus or Commission plans are change without prior nor former notice and not paid.
Advice to Management
Hire better Regional Managers and a Human Resource Director. Start a real training program for managers and local cleaning staff. Stop all of the under the table gifts to Senior Property Managers. Protect your real workers that produce money for your company and stop paying attention to hearsay that is baseless.
