My coworkers are very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable while they last Everyone, except the CEO is very committed to the clients The office is nice with a flat screen TV in and Nintendo Wii in the break room There are plenty of desks to choose from and if the one you want is taken, it will probably be open in a couple of weeks.
Most of the staff has been here only a few months, which makes finding out about what happened in previous years nearly impossible. Most of the newly hired people realize that they were lied to in the interview and quit within weeks of starting. Once hired it is very hard to move up, aside from the occasional title change with little compensation or workload change. The IT staff is nonexistent which causes lots of downstream problems. Most of the new people keep to themselves making the atmosphere in the office heavy and cold Quality is constantly sacrificed to meet deadlines after overselling to pad the CEO's wallet
Advice to Management
Incentivise good workers to keep them around Promote a more social atmosphere Tell new hires the truth about the company in the interview process so they know what they are getting in to. Focus on infrastructure projects to streamline and automate the business Deliver quality to the clients instead of cutting corners to make a quick buck even if it means you have to take on fewer clients.
