I have been working at CACI International full-time (More than 5 years)
Great people, lots of experience, plenty to learn at any level. Great benefits, well above average tuition reimbursement, internal training programs, etc. Work environment at CACI offices (not client sites) is laid back, business casual, allows remote access, and has flexible work schedules. Competitive initial salary.
Do-more-with-less mentality. Teams are stretched thin to cut costs yet workload keeps increasing as they add any new work they can. Corporate guidance on annual salary increases is very tight. Almost half the company does not receive any annual increase. You can receive a top performance review, and even promotion, yet only see a small % increase. Often people are left with little heads up if their position is in jeopardy due to an ending government contract. There is almost no help from HR when attempting to change projects or find a new position.
Advice to Management
Take care of your employees better. People want to stay, grow, and add value to the organization...but they also expect some reciprocity in terms of decent pay increases and encouraged career growth.
