I worked at CBC Companies full-time (More than 3 years)

Nice coworkers , decent facility and location but really can't think of much more than that. Wearing ties all the time is overkill when you never interface with customers.

Below market pay, less than mediocre benefits (bad medical, getting worse), draconian 401k with 6 year vesting period, no bonuses, very high turnover, very bad management and company policies. When positions are eliminated, employees are immediately walked out, no notice, no severance. Projects are cut without notice, very cyclical industry

    Advice to Management

Hire people that know how to manage and motivate people, not micromanagers that are always wanting to make sure their butts are covered or throw their people under the bus.
