Decent starting place for my career, but could not offer me enough professional development opportunities.

I worked at CGI full-time (More than 5 years)

Mostly good people to work with, most fairly flexible and upfront. They had a decent benefits package, probably in the middle of the road for similar companies in the industry.

I was paid significantly below my market rate for a number of years, very difficult to get staffed on a new project, limited networking opportunities. It was also very difficult to transition into a new role after developing expertise in several specific areas. The Staffing process was incredibly painful.

    Advice to Management

Figure out how to better manage your resources or you will continue experiencing a ridiculous level of turnover from your younger workers.
