Worked on interesting projects on a wide variety of environmental fields. Flexible work schedules, and accommodating to telecommuting. Competitive salaries.
Very hard to get noticed within the company. Standard raises are small, and the only way to get a legitimate raise/promotion is to threaten to leave.

Improve talent retention!
