You learn a lot about yourself and what needs to be done to be successful and the family atmosphere is there.
There are so many. They promise a base pay but in reality there is no base pay because everything is commission and even if you hit your sales goals it is still commission. Long hours and even you work hard there are days you don't even make a sale and there will be weeks where you are not making any money for that week. There is a high turnover rate of people coming and going. Since this is a commission job only I recommend to make sure you have enough money in your bank account because if you don't no matter how good of a sales person you are the money is not there right away and it takes time to get your money. Last of all former employees do not get their money they've earned from their sales after they leave CJD.
Advice to Management
Put more effort into your employees and help out as much as you can. MOST OF ALL PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES THE MONEY THEY'VE EARNED WHILE WORKING THERE AFTER THEY LEAVE THE COMPANY!!
