I have been working at COMFORCE full-time (More than 8 years)
My recruiter is amazing. She has always been very supportive. The pay is good, and I've been fortunate to have had only about 2 weeks total downtime in 5-1/2 years. We get 8 hours pay at $25/hour on our birthday and our employment anniversary.
Everyone gets a flat $25/hour rate for holiday and vacation pay, which has remained the same since I started in 2010. That's $10/hour less than my hourly wage. We only get 10 days of PTO and 6 holidays. No 401k matching.
Advice to Management
It's time to raise the PTO/holiday rate. Other staffing companies pay at the employee's current rate, and Comforce should, too. If you can't swing that, then perhaps you should increase the amount of PTO fir longer-term employees.
